Movie reviews and a little fun at both the listener and the hosts' expense.

    Andy
Oh dear. I don’t get Andy’s sense of humor at all. And I don’t need the entire history of moviedom for everything. I find it hard to respect a movie reviewer who has never seen Dances with Wolves because it’s too long or can’t watch a foreign movie with subtitles. Wah wah wah! Please stop interrupting or filling things in on Steve’s reviews. You guys have zero chemistry. Steve is a real critic. Give him a show.

Really like your show and movie reviews. But be nice to each other 😆!

    Happy place
I LOVE listening to your show and I have for yeeears. I look forward to the wkd just for that reason. I made myself not listen yesterday to the live show so I could have something to look forward to on Saturday morning (an essential thing during covid - giving myself things to look forward to), and when I went to my podcasts yesterday’s show wasn’t posted!😱 I’m still in the process of desperately trying to find it, but I got nothing😞 Saaaaad day.

    Love this
I love listening to the podcast of the entire show. I can’t listen on Friday, so I listen while I am working around the house, I usually listen to it twice. Well done Guys👍👍👍👍😎

    Great content with delivery issues
I love the content of the podcast having moved out of Utah and somehow always having meetings during broadcast times. The issues are the same issues others have mentioned. No predictability as to when the podcast will be posted. Sometimes it’s the same afternoon, more often it is many days later and several times not at all. Also, the podcast ads are ridiculously louder than the rest of the podcast. I have to crank up the volume to hear the podcast and then when one of these sponsor ads play, it practically damages your ears.

    Love all this!!! BUT...
This is my favorite part of the week. Since moving out of Utah being able to catch up on my favorite KSL programming through podcast is wonderful! My one and ONLY complaint and I hope this corrected because it would be SO EASY!! Please let Doug Wright finish his sign off quote! “And when you go home please remember to hug the ones you love.” Recently, it’s been getting cut off each time. Why? That’s one of the best sign off messages in the history of radio and someone keeps cutting it short. Please?

    So funny
These guys never fail to make me laugh. Being able to listen on demand when I can't listen live is just a nice perk!

I wouldn't say I'm smarter after listening to Doug and Steve, but I definitely laugh the whole time

    Great Podcast - Terrible Turnaround
I love listening to the Movie Show podcast. It is great to listen on my own schedule because I can't always do so during the day. However, why does it take so long to post the podcast after the original broadcast? As much as KSL is advertising their various podcasts and encouraging listeners to tune in, you would think they would actually make them available sooner. After several days I start to lose interest.

    Podcast Could Use Work
This is the podcast edit of the KSL Radio Movie Show, a two-hour broadcast in real time. The show itself is a good longstanding tradition. The podcast version eliminates station commercials (save for live remote sponsors) and news breaks, so it comes down to about 65 minutes or so. The problems are entirely with the podcast execution. The two "hours" are split into separate podcasts, which is ridiculous given the total length. But because of this, if you have your phone set to defaults and listen to downloaded podcasts newest to oldest, it's going to play the two hours backwards without some hassle. (I would argue they should stop separating hours on any show.) Then they occasionally insert podcast promos, often at volumes way louder than the show. Then there's occasional inexplicable audio drops when entering new segments. Thanks to KSL for making these available, but a little clean-up is in order.

My movie guide AND taste of home.
I'm an expat living in Kuwait but from Utah and the Movie Show is the best guide to great movie viewing. The real view of the hosts who mix humor with great reviews and an occasional drop of sarcasm gives me a great guide to great movies. Thanks Doug and Steve
