Dear Rebeca: I absolutely love this podcast it’s my (and my family’s) favorite I listen to it every night and it’s so hard to fall asleep without it I have 8 siblings and we really love this. I know I probably takes a long time to think of a story then voice it then edit it then publish it. So I can’t say u take to long plus you have ur own life. This is an amazing podcast I love it so much my little brother cannot go a day without this podcast please make more stories tho because me and my brother listened to every single one mad now we’re starting to stop listening because you rarely come out with new episodes we get bored after a while and start listening to other podcasts so maybe step up your game and ACTUALLY START MAKING MORE EPISODES!! Rebecca has done a GREAT job with these stories - our kids LOVE them and they embody the virtues. I will admit that while it is sad to see less show output, it’s understandable because Rebecca is a mom with lots of responsibility. What saddens me more, however, is the fact that this show isn’t more well known. Seriously, it’s such a gem! There really aren’t that many quality shows out there for kiddos, and it baffles me to see such a great show be not as well known.

My daughter loves listening to the (admittedly a bit squeaky and grating but endearing) voice of Momo the squirrel and his human friend tell stories about virtues. The Frost Feast episode about generosity has her going through the toys and things she’s outgrown to give away to kids in need. Can’t ask for a better outcome from a source of entertainment that also keeps her from asking for screens sometimes even for hours on car trips! Keep up the good work!

My children love these stories that have wonderful characters and teachings about great virtues. We live out in the country so we drive a lot to get into town and these stories have been wonderful to listen to!

My kids and I have been listening to these for a year and a half now! We love them! They are engaging, fun, and each one teaches a virtue which is always nice! Rebecca tells stories in an imaginative way and I like how it is not too hectic or just nonsense. I like how she add part of theme instrumental music which allows a pause for the imagination. We our favorites are: Dragon Queen Peacocks Acorn Tournament Tamale Competition Coral Reef Friends And Cinnamon the Fox!! I am sad that there have been Huge gaps between more being posted. I would love a story on Obedience, diligence, team work, and gentleness. My kids like the animal stories both real and mystical. I like the animal historical fiction aspects of some episodes.

My 6 yo daughter loves this podcast and has been a huge fan for nearly two years! I recommend it to all my friends who have small children. Please don’t take 8 months to post part 2 of the Fox story! I still haven’t showed her part 1. I don’t want to disappoint her for several months telling her there is no part 2 since it took her six months to stop asking for a new one after finishing the train Christmas story.

My kids beg for Lamplighter Kids everytime we are in the car! I love the virtues they teach as well.

Whenever we go in the car my 5 children beg for Lamplighter! They love momo and the fun engaging stories. I love that it’s clean and not too scary. My 7, 5, 4, and 3 year olds especially love it. We listened to the entirety of the episodes in much less than a year and they can’t wait for more episodes! They’re constantly asking me if there are new ones!

The podcast is good, but I still don’t like it because there are no new episodes since it was December and I’m listening to old ones and it’s getting really boring. I cannot believe that you can’t even make new ones. Some of them are great but we need new ones. How hard could it be to me one it could be sure or another summertime story.

Lamplighter has put out some amazing audio dramas and a beautiful set of books, so my expectations for this podcast were perhaps too high. I thought the different characters would get different voices at least. I guess I was expecting something on par with the radio dramas. As far as content, I’m happy with this because I know my kids are learning character while they enjoy a story. They love it! But… ok listen- I don’t mind Larry the Cucumber’s voice. But I cannot be in the same room when they listen to this podcast because Momo’s voice and singing grates on my nerves. It’s giving Junior Asparagus. A little goes a long way. But the kids love it, so I put it on for them in their room sometimes.

Can you please make a story about a magical cat named Rosie? And I love it 😍 love ROSIE

At the end of each episode they ask listeners to write a review and my three year old asked me to leave one 😂. She says “we love your stories! Thank you for reminding us to leave reviews.”
