spmerrillThank youGreg is amazing and knows had to bridge that connection between the guest and the listener. I always come away feeling re-energized and motivated to continue on my own journey. Thank you

jftd88Mid-year check-in: longevityAbsolutely love your podcast Greg. I’m an age group triathlete and find inspiration in your deep conversations. I thought stepping back to highlight some of your recent guests and outline your pillars for longevity was a nice change of pace. Appreciate your continued content.

Liz BCNLove this podcast!Great content and perspective. I have really enjoyed listening to what feels like being with friends around the dinner table with incredibly interesting conversations. It was recent discovery finding this show, and is quickly becoming my staple for long runs. Thank you!

RJCornsReally Enjoy the Organized and Well Prepared InterviewsA lot of podcasts do not take advantage of the long form framework. GB does which is why the excellent interviews usually run about an hour, not two or three. The content is always filled with niceties, but more so fantastic content and information about the sport. Greg himself has really grown as a host and this is really one of my favourite triathlon/Ironman/sports podcasts.

Araceli's MomInterview Recommendation AND ReviewGreg! Love your podcast. I’ve been a fan of yours and Laura’s since the early 2000’s. I love hearing all the expert conversations as well as the history/life stories of such impressive people. It’s an easy listen and everyone is so relatable especially when you get to hear about the normal everyday for them. I’d love to recommend interviews with these lovely people: -Sarah Haskins -Kelly Williamson -Derick Williamson Let me know if you need anyone’s number or email. 😉 Sincerely, Angie Balentine Listener/fan from Austin Texas

IRON_PappyOne of my top go-to podcast isLove the GB show. Greg has a voice that I can listen to for many episodes if I can backed up on…great content, diverse guests, and he moderates with an an even keel, know how to listen and a knack for going back and forth with the conversation. 5 stars!!! If I could offer on bit of advise I would weave in an everday triathlete, not a one and done-er but those who have committed themselves to the sport we love !Keep up the great work!

Serge from TXOnce a triathlete always a triathlete!I came to the world of triathlon as a participant late in life, late 30s/early 40s and had the pleasure of meeting him in person very briefly during a recent trip on board a cruise ship. He’s just as nice in person as he is on the podcast, where the stories him and his guests tell for us are always inspiring. There is a lot of catching up to do, as I just listened to Michael Johnson’s episode and look forward to listening to many more episodes in the years to come!
-
PRsensaExcellent conversations but lacking diversityI really like the insight and conversations. Greg demonstrates a wealth of knowledge and it is engaged. However, this show lacks diversity. It would be an asset to engage with people of color and bring some diversity to the show. Thanks for the work and all the best. Bryan Rivera

MichaelHarrisonFound this podcast through the AnyQuestion AppGreat conversations with amazing people! I thought I wouldn’t be to interested in the lives of ex-athletes but I was surprised! That was a compliment!
-
TgfjjfjdjjdhrhjsMy favorite podLove Greg style of interviewing, more like a conversation with the best athletes! Highly recommend it
-
katie_ghostOne of my absolute favorite podcastsI love this podcast so much. It’s my absolute go-to for long runs, car rides, whatever. Greg’s the perfect host - he speaks authentically and from a place of expertise. I really hope this show continues for a long time (only feedback is try have more women as guests - love hearing their stories so, so much!)
-
LeadSoloWell rounded discussionsI find these perfect for even us age group athletes that are looking for gains in our performance. Good combo of athletes and experts. Keep it rolling!
-
JaredHughes1Great PodcastI had the pleasure of meeting Greg and his wife Laura a few weeks ago and have been following/loving his podcast ever since. He really dives into the details of his craft (triathlon/endurance sport), but does it in a way that an average athlete/person can really follow and get a lot out of. I’ve really enjoyed the conversations with the Drs/Entrepreneurs in regards to health/longevity/routines/etc.
-
kxjseikedidjAll star guest listLove the podcast, Greg. You’ve mentioned a couple times that you interviewed Brett Sutton but it’s not on the list. Could it be the one number that’s missing??
-
Lou guyWow - why?????????Love it in so many ways Biggest question is why did it take so long for me to find it and listen (attentively) Super job Greg - please keep it going
-
DputtsLegendaryI am absolutely loving this podcast. Who better to dig deep into the minds of champions than a champion himself? The details about life, training, racing, struggles, and the winner’s mentality really come to light in this wonderful series. I will absolutely be sharing this with my kids when they get a bit older. The mental strategies and stories of overcoming adversity from the best in the world are incredibly valuable. Thank you GB!
-
Matt D 00000Good stuffGreg is a professional. Good quality, not too much quantity and great guests.
-
TeresabayLove the in-depth natureI look forward to this show every week! Greg goes way beyond surface level chat which I appreciate. These long form interviews are packed with gold.
-
jabSfToo much talking by the hostGreat guest list with interesting stories but Greg talks far too much about himself and shares long stories about his own experiences which gets really repetitive...
-
1mandrewsExcellent PodcostGreg pulls in all the big names in triathlon and does a fantastic job of exploring a great set of questions with each guest on the show. Top notch conversations and lots of quality tips and takeaways in every interview. This has quickly become one of my favorites. Keep it coming!
-
AK Gopher GirlGreat PodcastGreg does a great job reminiscing w/ the greats of triathlon. Fun to hear the stories. It was great to watch Greg as an athlete and he does a wonderful job as a podcast host.

-
Danny FoersterGreat mindsLoving the podcast...would love to hear from the minds of more women: Yolanda Neff, Paula Newby Fraser, Flora Duffy, etc. Also have enjoyed the mix up out of traditional swim, bike, or run guests like Mark Webber, it’s great to see how similar mindset we all are, and maybe even pick up new habits/tactics from other sports! Keep it up mate 👍🏼
-

TracerATxGuest SuggestionWhat about interviewing Laura?
-
JRD2021BalanceI enjoy the podcast and enjoy the way Greg Bennett gets into the minds and hearts of true champions. However, your ratio of men to women guests is so skewed! Where are all the other women champions in your lineup? Why does it seem to be all about the guys? I'd love a more balanced view. Thanks!
-
Luco.nereeI love the podcast. So cool to have Phil Liggett introducing/ opening the podcast.- Big fan of Phil from watching Le Tour de France every year. Listened to the Crowie, Macca, and Rinny épisodes so far, and I can’t get enough of the podcast.
