teamgloRod Dog Pod castLuis has the ability to ask the gritty questions. Beyond Ultra Running but deep into how the guest are what they are and do what they do. Way below the surface into uncharted territory.

HanksReviewCrazy characters on this podcastRan my first ultra at BTR and decided to check out the podcast. Luis and his guests are always equal parts humor and knowledge about trail running and related activities. Listen to the podcast then plan to be in Los Olivos every year for Born to run.

FMoulderReal Good StuffI need less negative, divisive media content, and more positive, inclusive and inspiring time, which is what the Road Dog is and why I subscribed at Patreon. Thanks!

longrundudeHigh quality and diversity of contentI listened to almost all the episodes of the Road Dog Podcast since it started and keep on listening because Luis is able to consistently create very high quality and interesting content. Luis has such and experience and knowledge about trail and distance running and is well known to a point where is able to get high profile guests. But he also invites very diverse and interesting guests that open up the conversation to many more aspects of running. I recommend to give it a try. You might not like the content of the first episode you'll listen to, so make sure to check some more and you will hear great stories you’ll like.

Greendayrules.g-dogBring Back Off Grid!Luis is a wonderful conversationalist. The episodes aren’t too scripted—they’re easy-going chats, which is refreshing. My favorite guest BY FAR is Off Grid in the Appalachian Trail episode. Bring that guy back for a full one!

WildabeystInteresting 1:1’s in a casual format.Luis has a lot of interest in his guests, is very genuine, and has a fun discussion with various people in sports and his general life. The First episode with Dean was fun and the “squirrel” moment on gear made me laugh. The shows always have some great background on his guests and aren’t at all pandering. I’ll keep listening!
