Do Wind Waker. When I was 3, lived with my grandparents house and the only console they had was the N64. My first Zelda game was Ocarina of Time and I beat it by the time I was 6 years old. Zelda has been a huge part of my life and I like hearing how you perceive it. I still wish the Pete would come back. Greetings from the Sheikah tribe, tour guides Pete and Chris. I am new to your travels yet I find great joy in hearing of what has happened in our kingdom’s great history. Beginning in Skyward sword I have been using time shift shines as well as any other necessary means of time travel to enjoy the journey. Currently I am hearing of the adventures of the Minish cap and eagerly await the next adventure of Four swords as I am reaching the end of the fun-sized journey. I must thank you formally for being so dedicated to the assembling of the timeline as you have endeavored to do. It brings me great joy to know of your experiences during these adventures and your discussions are always enjoyed. I discovered this podcast as you’ve called it from a strange Sheikah slate that bears no resemblance to the one our hero of the wild carries. The picture of a strange wave in green and black led me to your unique story. For that I am grateful. I have enjoyed so much of these adventures I would have otherwise not heard of. Again I must thank you. During my hearing of the golden kinstones and the connection to gratitude crystals I have come up with a theory of my own. What if the golden kinstones were the gratitude crystals in ‘the kingdom’s biggest and latest craze’ as I remember you calling it. I would appreciate your thoughts. I have some dialogue to point out from a goron near death mountain he actually says that the people of hyrule called it Eldin volcano, but the traditional name of the volcano is death mountain. Many years ago King Sidon of the Zora hired me as his official shoe shiner, don’t tell him he doesn’t have shoes. As I chillax in the Zora’s Domain I love to listen to a little thing I found near the Zonai ruins called a “podcast” titled “Hello Hyrule”. Anyway I picked it up and pressed play I was instantly captivated by a legend called the Skyward Sword, I think I’ve heard that before. I am right now starting a different legend called Ocarina of time. This podcast really helps me when Sidon makes me rub his feet any way. Hey Chris, hey Petra did you know that in super Mario RPG you can find Link sleeping in the Rosetown inn after you get the fifth star and if you talk to him, he will make the “you found an item” sound. And if you go to the castle after you get the fifth star in Mario RPG, you can see Samus is sleeping in a bed. I have been a listener for a long time and I wanted to finally write a review. You guys are amazing and I love listening to you guys talk about this amazing series. My friend told me about you and I have loved it ever since. I find it funny when you talk about Sonia from tears of the kingdom because about a year ago, I got two rats and I named them Zelda🐀 and Sonia🐁 and they’re the cutest things you will ever see. I just finished building the Great Deku Tree Lego set and realized something. The Great Deku Tree Sprout from Ocarina of Time is Hestu the dancing Korok from Breath of the Wild and Tears of the Kingdom. They are in th same position, with the same color, and the Great Deku Tree Sprout (I’m gonna call him Gdts for short) even has a sprout of leaves on top of his head that becomes Hestu’s head of leaves. In the Of The timeline, the Great Deku Tree from Ocarina never died, and just became a cherry blossom Great Deku Tree, and the Gdts had no reason to become a big tree, so he adapted to become mobile. That’s the reason only Link can see him. It’s because the magic of the forest hides him, but since link is a descendant of a child of the forest, being OoT Link, he can see through the magic of the forest and can see and talk to Hestu.

Hi, my name is Emmett and I love this podcast and it’s hosts. I was listening to The Legend Of Zelda Lorecast (Shoutout to them) and I realized that in skyward sword, once you heal Lanayru, he gives you a nickname, LD.link.0016, if I remember correctly. The sixteen is a reference to skyward sword being the 16th release, but the important part of this nickname is the LD, abbreviation for lanayru desert, but, since we used a time shift stone to go to the past, it is still the lanayru great sea. First of all, I want to thank Chris and Petra for being one of the only things that give me joy recently. You guys are amazing and I can’t wait for the manga episode for ALTTP, I won’t spoil any of it but there’s a lot of interesting stuff in it! (If you’re reading this on an episode, skip the rest of the review) I would like to point out that homophobia is no different than racism. Both are treating different people unfairly because they’re different from other people, and were just born that way. It’s not like LBGTQ+ people randomly decide they aren’t like everyone else, they just are the way they are and nothing can change that. If you say LGBTQ+ is wrong, you’re also saying that it’s okay to discriminate against people for other reasons. Also hate doesn’t fix anything so don’t waste your time writing angry comments because I’m not going to read them anyway

Finally getting around to writing a review but Just wanna say this podcast is a great time with hilarious banter and interesting and fun theories about one of the greatest series in video game history Thank you Chris and Petra for everything you do!

I just can’t get behind the idea of changing your gender. What you do is your business and I’m not gonna tell you what’s right or wrong but I just really don’t agree with it and think it’s weird and immoral. Zelda content is still top notch and I love you guys for that, I just am not sure if I can continue listening.

I have a theory about Echoes of Wisdom, (Spoiler alert for if you haven’t played the game) in Echoes of Wisdom, Zelda doesn’t immediately know who Link is when she sees him so it could tie into A Link to the Past because you had the theory that Zelda was sending the telepathic message to everybody so she doesn’t know who Link is. I forgot if Zelda was trapped in a crystal in A Link to the Past though. But, Zelda’s “dad” the king, could possibly been a king re-elected to be the king while Link was on his journey, so Zelda had a father.

Why is cannibalism banned if in minish cap you asked what link tasted like?

She married the hero of skies( I think she’s Orielle LOL)and had Link from Ocarina of time; which would mean that she’s not dead but merely hiding because she somehow knew of his destiny. Good zone, one and all. Just wanted to finally drop a review for this absolutely marvelous podcast. The hosts and occasional guests are knowledgeable and hilarious. They bring a lot to the table in what they talk about. It is also good for the entire family to listen to as they are a clean show. To Chris and Petra, howdy from NC, y’all. I’m going through minish cap right now. I just heard the part where Vaati makes his wish. There was discussion about how Vaati is able to make moblins and it hit me! Vaati wanted to have the powers of the greatest sorcerer and isn’t that Ganon? Is Ganon riding around in the back of Vaati’s head? I know that Ganon doesn’t exist yet but since when has that stopped a wish granting device in Zelda? Thank you for all the laughs, they are making a bad week much better.

In some episodes there are funny things that people joke about like in the Kakariko episode you joked about the master carpenters tiger pants so you guys could have the episode be :S-E Tiger Pants!- Kakariko Or any of your other episodes! I also have a theory! What if majoras mask happens in the middle of ocarina of time (yes I know that it is a direct sequel but please humor me) Navi flys away to help with things in kokiri forest. MAJORAS MASK IS A DREAM. All the characters are people he met as a child. The skull kid is a embodiment of links bad thoughts. The characters changed names are what link called them in his head. Sorry for the long review!

I’m giving this podcast one star now. I used to love it, but since Pete’s gender transition, I just can’t support it anymore. The show isn’t the same, and it’s not something I can relate to or enjoy now. Super disappointed.

What I really enjoy about this podcast is the way that these two can name the most simple concepts and come up with an essay’s worth of an explanation for it. My favorite example of this is when they were discussing how the bomb flowers don’t explode when Link picks them up and shoves them in his bomb bag in Skyward Sword. Dear podcasters and drivers of the fine Hello Hyrule tour bus, As a servant of Ganon, and a humble yet creative bokoblin, I love to toy with the idea of that old villain from the stories being actually real! I witnessed the most spectacular thing last Tuesday, I saw Lord Jabu Jabu take flight. Just clarifying for the Faron woods episode bucha the Kikwi is pronounced not like Buka but bucha. I think his name comes from the word kabocha meaning pumpkin or squash in japaneese relating to him looking like a squash. Overall great pod!!!
