Ben clearly explains why fasting is so important to our health to prevent diabetes and provides simple steps to get started. It’s a great listen but be sure to subscribe to his email list for fasting resources. He has a list of all the foods/meals to help you get started. Fasting is hard but his guide makes it way easier.
