Relatable podcast for age group Crossfitters
Truly appreciate the perspective these 2 give as seasoned masters athletes/competitors. I also believe they speak well in relation to what we, as masters athletes, are concerned about. Keep up the great work fellas.

Awesome perspectives for Masters athletes and anyone who loves CrossFit in general
We love this podcast. The guys do a terrific job bringing topics that matter to masters athletes with their very special experience and perspectives. They have a great guest roster. This weeks session with Bob Jennings on the new CrossFit Games announcements was terrific.

Best Podcast for the CrossFit Masters Athletes
Heard about this podcast from Talking Elite Fitness. Tuned in and loved hearing from athletes that are more in my age range ( I am 55 years young). The insights, observations, and perspective of the Master Athlete is best heard from other Master Athletes. Great show. Highly recommended. Always happy to help! -Owner and L2 Coach Dale CrossFit ENG Cape Coral on the Southwest Florida Gulf Coast.

    Awesome content, fun delivery
Just binged the last 3 episodes doing yard work (might have been inspired to do some handstand walks, farmers carry’s with bags of mulch and double unders with an extension cord I had handy). These podcasts are awesome. Really appreciating the insights both Jason and Rick bring each week. The one on weaknesses (because I so many only 7 months into CF), was really helpful and motivating to know that even the rockstars today worked through challenges. Now the problem is I’m trying to figure out how I can fix everything next week… hah! P.s. - Rick, looking forward to seeing you at MFC this fall.

A must-listen in a space saturated with podcasts.
Masters in Motion is a must-listen in a space saturated with podcasts. The Master's community is simultaneously one of the largest groups in Crossfit and the most underserved. Jason and Rick tackle that disservice head-on, highlighting Masters athletes and Masters community experience from the inside out. Their genuine dialogue is an excellent source of inspiration and guidance, delivering valuable content in just the right dose. Their ability to dive deep into the intricacies of CrossFit training, nutrition, recovery, competition, and mental preparation showcases a perspective unique to the needs of the Masters community. Athletes of all ages and abilities will walk away with tools, knowledge, and inspiration to excel in their fitness journeys.

    Masters in Motion is AWESOME!!!
As a 51 year old Masters athlete, and from someone who has competed with Mr. Grubb and Stevens, let me tell you they are LEGIT. They’re advice is absolutely critical to Masters athletes, along with the breakdown and analysis of events is so vital to us. In addition, there tips of the week on training equipment, recovery, and everyday masters athletes is so valuable. The podcast is family friendly and they are so professional. If you could have 3 podcasts in your library. This needs to be one of them especially if you’re a masters athlete. Keep up the excellent work. All us masters athletes appreciate you so much.

    Great new CrossFit podcast
Jason and Rick Bring an interesting point of view as 2 of the very fittest “old guys” in CrossFit . Great info for athletes to use and thing about. I’ll be very interested to see how this podcast evolves throughout the year. It will be great to get behind the scenes stories from different events and eventually the games . Very easy to listen to and surprising cohesive for a new show . Great job guys .also helps that Rick Is here in cleveland ! (Jason is a nomad )

    Great idea
Finally bringing light to the Masters is a great idea. I’m sure your new podcast will become popular as more & more of these individuals age up to masters. Perhaps a good idea is to pick a top ten person in each age (M & F) category to have a chat with to switch up the conversation. I’m sure at this point everyone at the top ten is pretty passionate about the sport. Keep up the great motivation & positive attitude. Also Maybe change your name of this podcast since there are other similar names. An idea “The Grubb Hub - CF Masters in motion mix it up.”
