A Must Listen if You are Running a Personal Injury Law Firm
I listen to virtually every episode. His topics are either issues I’m dealing with on a daily basis, brainstorming ideas I need to look at, or new experts that I need to hear. Common sense combined with humor and good stories. I have been practicing personal injury law for 40 years and I learn something new from Tom every episode. Chuck Boyk. Toledo, Ohio

    Awesome podcast with amazing guests
Tom Tona and Juliet have put together one of the best podcasts for lawyers seeking to better their practices that you can find. Tom is the “real deal” - you can tell he is is an authentic guy who doesn’t just discuss the nuts and bolts of growing a law firm but also discusses how to improve yourself as a person. Tons of value in each episode. I am a personal injury lawyer in Staten Island and love listening to a fellow New Yorker tell it like it is. I listen to every show during my drive to the office and start my week with a new idea to implement. Thanks Tom!

Tona is so real, kind and thoughtful! Brilliant too!
Tom Tona is a battle tested former trial lawyer who now runs a successful law firm in New York. He is a Blackbelt in Jiu-jitsu and has applied those same lessons on the mats to his practice of law and his podcast. He asks meaningful, intentional questions of his guests and by the end of his show you will undoubtedly take away at least one important morsel for your business!

    Lessons in Leadership
So many great lessons in leadership from this podcast. I was able to take away quite a bit of information and leadership tactics that I’ve already applied in my position as a school administrator. Highly recommend giving this one a listen. Oss!!

    Perfect dose of inspiration
As an Elementary Principal, I am often surprised as to where my next fuel up station might be. Leadership is transcendental. However, I often find myself in the middle of industry-specific conversations that fail to tap into shared common values. Thomas Tona uses his podcast platform to organically navigate deep rooted values in a way that resonated with me immediately. It’s not often that I walk away from any “presentation” wanting to take immediate actionable steps in my own vocation. Mr. Tona often references the importance of coaching in his own professional trajectory. Now it feels like he is paying it forward. A must consistent listen in my rotation.

This should be on every lawyer (and litigant) must listen list!!
I’ve known Tom professionally for many years, and am proud to have him as both a mentor and friend. He is one of the very few top-notch lawyers who also is a master at business, skills which greatly benefit his team and his clients. The breadth of his experiences, combined with his knowledge means he has much to offer, and he is so generous with sharing.

    Tom is the Real Deal
I have known Tom for the last seven years and watched him more than triple the size of his firm in that time. This is not flash in the pan growth, but this is steady, sustainable growth. The seven years also coincided with two huge “black swan“ devastating events – one of them being Covid. Tom and his team of persevered, despite major setbacks and problems and thrived in circumstances where many other firms have barely survived, or even gone out of business. He’s also very fun entertaining to listen to with a strong take on everything!
