Very Pertinent Information for Natural Birth

I really like the variety of topics that are presented in this podcast—pelvis floor therapy, dental hygiene, and functional medicine. I am thankful for people like her who have the passion to help other women build their faith in God during the pregnancy process. I wish the stories of the moms she featured could represent more diverse experiences, like advanced maternal age or women of different cultures. Also, I suggest the host speaking less and have the guest speakers speaking more.

Having a csection and feeling the cut became super traumatic for me. This podcast has saved my mind from believing in fear. As I hear all the hope filled stories on this podcast, I am believing for a redemptive birth! I had a pain free birth with a giant baby!

I found Karen on her Instagram and signed up for her free 1 hour webinar. That was all it took for me to have a pain free birth! My baby was 98th percentile at 9lbs 5oz, and she was crowning for almost an hour in the birth tub! But I was laughing with contractions and each wave flooded me with oxytocin to cancel out the pain. My midwife (who is also a Naturopathic Doctor) said it was the best birth she had ever seen! My mom (who is also a doctor) witnessed the birth and was converted to the power of home birth! After the birth I found her podcast and am enjoying learning even more, as I am planning to free birth my future babies.

I’ve listened to almost every episode, but the episode with Nicole Neesby absolutely rocked my world. I recently miscarried after 3 healthy pregnancy and resonated so much with Nicole’s story. This podcast is 10/10 & can’t recommend it enough

So good!

I first found pain free birth on instagram and am so excited there is now a podcast! The principles Karen teaches really had an influence on my birth experience! She helped me not fear or expect pain in my birth. I always just took it for granted that it would be and I can say for the most part it wasn’t painful and it wasn’t in any way traumatic. I got the easy home birth I always wanted! I wish every women could know that birth is not inherently painful or something that has to be managed for you in most cases!

Let me just say that finding out this Karen started a podcast, I was just so excited to listen to it. I was looking forward to it! I’m taking the pain free course and it was the best decision I ever made!!! I would recommend it to every pregnant girl! I’m due in April and praying that I will have a pain-free birth, baby would be born peacefully and healthy and that everything goes well.

Your birth story story made me smile and cry! I’m about to have my 5th baby at home, and with each baby I hone in a little more on a calm and happy birth. I and am practicing “embracing” during cold showers to prep for birth. Can’t wait for more episodes to come out!

So important to the fabric of our society!

As someone who ‘doesn’t have a high pain tolerance’ I can’t tell you how important this podcast is to dispelling the myths around birth. Before I became a mom, all I knew was that birth was scary and out of your control. Now, as a mom to 6 babies born naturally, I couldn’t disagree more! The body is amazing in its ability to bring forth life. Moms are amazing for learning how to cooperate with that process, and all those who support mom and baby are to be applauded. Our world is a better place when a baby enters it surrounded by peace and love and power. Karen’s work is so important and I hope it spreads so much hope and healing and education!
