Woo Woo with Rachel Dratch

Join comedian Rachel Dratch as she gets a little Woo Woo, discussing stories of the unexplained, the eerie and other-worldly. Rachel has gathered these tales from her funny friends over the years and invites you to listen in to the stories they may only tell to a trusted pal who will not judge. Psychics? Spirits? Astral Projection? Check, check, and check! Sure, we may live in a completely rational world where there’s no such thing as any of this stuff, but after you spend some time with Rachel, her co-host Irene Bremis, and pals, you might have your doubts, and find that…you too are WOO WOO!~~Follow Rachel Dratch onInstagram: @raedratchTwitter: @therealdratch~~Woo Woo with Rachel Dratch is brought to you by QCODE. To advertise on the show, contact us!

    Love it!
I really enjoy listening I just have one question, why did Rachel take the pendulum over from Irene? Irene has so little to do with, rarely gets a word in edgewise. Give her back the pendulum reading.

    Humor, ghosts, and heart
What’s better than hanging out with your good friends, who happen to be wickedly funny, and listening to some good ghost stories? I’ve been listening to Rachel and Irene from the start and it immediately became a part of my regular podcast rotation. I love a good ghost story, and what’s better than hearing them from people whose actual job it is to be entertaining? Because Rachel and Irene are fabulous, the people that they know and bring on the show are also great. Check it out! Disclaimer: I have never met Rachel or Irene. I’m just a fan who thinks they’re both really cool and fun.

Great when there’s actual woo woo!
Love listening to two reformed skeptics fall deeper down the rabbit hole. Can Irene give us updates on how spelling is going with her brother?

The funniest woman with the most important guests and topics. This is more relevant now than ever. Thanks for being a part of the consciousness change of the world!

    Yikes
Was fine but yikes, unfollow for giving a platform to the telepathy tapes. Autistic people aren’t magic and misinformation is dangerous.

    Love the show!
You should try and get Liza Treyer on! She’s woo!

    Skeptical Believer
I found this podcast thanks to another favorite podcast (Astonishing Legends) and I was instantly enchanted. Rachel and Irene are absolutely amazing, it’s like sitting around with a couple of besties sharing spooky tales. A perfect mixture of chills and laughs ❤️

    Woo Woo Painters
I love every episode! I especially have enjoyed the two painters who’ve been on the show. Fabulous and funny stories and insights. I love believing in all things woo-woo but think it’s best to do so with a sense of humor, and this show embodies that. It’s super nice to listen to on my commute home from work or when working in the studio. So glad things are getting witchier! Thanks gals.

    Like but interruptions
I really like the topics and guests on this podcast; however I still struggle with listening to Rachel interrupt and interject when other people are talking. Irene is her cohost yet she doesn’t get a ton of airtime. Why doesn’t Irene at least narrate the pendulum part? It would be great to hear more balance as well as control from Rachel.

Thank you for your podcast ladies. I greatly enjoy them all but wanted to immediately love the Rachel Gets a Message episode. Gave me chills. Thanks for being a fun, bright light in the world right now. 💚

    Woohoo for woo woo!
Excellent and fun podcast! So far I’ve only listened to Amy, Tina and Nia’s episodes but woo woo! These are so entertaining! And yes…I have had aura photography (in woo woo Sedona - field trip for Rachel and Irene?), it was pretty cool! Update! Thanks to you gals, I bought a pendulum!! Can’t wait to try it :) Update deux: we need woo woo to connect with each other, now more than ever!!! Divine feminine YES!

    Fun show
Rachel, your show is so fun. I have my own poltergeist stories. You should listen to The Telepathy Tapes, it’s woo woo!
  • burgundy glam
    Love all the Woo Woo.
I always look forward to all new episodes. Some have moved me to tears and given me chills. I’ve been a fan of Rachel since she killed it on SNL and King of Queens. I adore your camaraderie. Keep them coming.

    Woo Woo for the Win
This middle aged woo woo mama and mental health care profesh from Nashville cannot get enough of this simply delightful podcast. Rachel and Eileen are optimistic gifts that keep giving in an all too pessimistic world. Rock on sisters!

    Manifesting Dratchfest Sweetie
The best podcast! Yes, please do a live show (but I’m actually envisioning Coachella but woo-woo instead of music down the road). It’s always entertaining and usually fun, but the “man in the black hat” story.. didn’t realize that wasn’t just my dream/waking dream as a kid.
  • MdJGutierrez
I WANTED to like this, but it’s all rambling, no point.
Or, maybe they got to the point eventually, but by then my mind wandered so far they lost me. I listened to five shows and have no memory of them.
  • Patricia Zorro
    I'm kinda woo-woo too!
From the first day I heard Rachel Dratch and Irene Bremis on woo woo stuff, i loved this podcast. So many reminders of things I myself read, heard, or experienced over my lifetime regarding "the other side" - and they do it in such a friendly, funny and chatty way. Great program.

    My New Fave!
This is a combination of all of my favorite things!! I love hearing women discuss comedy so so so much. Especially women over 40 who I’ve idolized my entire life! Not only that, but my favorite subject in the world is woo woo things happening to everyday people. I will read and listen to every story and never get bored. I feel like this podcast was made specifically for me, a mom in comedy who wonders if she can speak to ghosts. Did I manifest this podcast???? Thanks Irene and Rachel for making this, I love you!
  • Muffin1230Cal
So fun, now on my favorite list
I started listening to Woo Woo after hearing Rachel on Ghosted. I totally didn’t think this would be one of my new favorite pods. Rae & Irene have such great chemistry and they connect so well with each and every guests.
  • Frisch_flies
Good, clean, casual woo woo fun
Comedians, but casual, interesting and funny explorations of spooky things. I love that this pod is a friendly chitchat about universal-spooky stuff!
  • VibrantHealth888
    Best pod ever!
I’ve never left a pod review before (even for my dear friend’s pod I’ve been on twice). But I felt compelled to say this pod is just beyond. (Beyond the physical realm if you will). It is so funny, down to earth (ironically), spooky in the best way at times and for anyone interested in any form of spirituality or the supernatural (with a side of humor and a healthy dose of skepticism) this is for you! Irene and Rachel, please don’t ever stop making episodes! Wish I could join you for margs. Cheers and thank you!

    Love some Woo Woo
I found your pod cast maybe a month ago. I love it. I listen while I’m walking and it makes the time go by so much faster. Even if I’m done I’ll walk a little further to finish the episode. I’m so sad I’m all caught up ! I need more Rachel , Irene and Woo Woo!

    A lovely, fanciful distraction
I am not typically a podcast reviewer or this much of an over-sharer, but I feel the need for Woo Woo! The past three months have been tumultuous. My father is being treated for throat cancer and my mother was placed in a nursing home as her dementia has progressed. They’re both only in their 60’s! I’ve found myself needing to be mindful about what media I consume while I act as a caregiver and advocate for them both. I stumbled upon Woo Woo, and found the mix of humor and mystical stories to be the perfect distraction. What’s more, is the abundance of delightful nuggets of wisdom. Guests offhandedly mention poems or manifestation quotes that have stayed with me and given me hope during this hard time in my life. No one is trying too hard, it’s just a lovely chat between pals, chockful of giddy reactions and disbelief. Thank you Rachel and Irene!

    Funny but….
Rachel cuts off her co-host WAY too much. I love the premise of this show but Rachel continuing to cut off her friend or undermining her points just makes me cringe too much. Be better please.

    We need more episodes!
10/10. Nothing else to say. My only complaint is I’m running out of eps!

    Laws of Thermodynamics
I appreciate when guests discuss “energy” in terms of transfer and transmutation, since the law of conservation of energy states that it can neither be created nor destroyed. For example, kinetic energy moving a train down the tracks is not a closed/perfectly efficient system, so some of that kinetic energy is “lost”/converted to thermal energy as friction does it’s thing. The train’s combustion or steam engine first transmuted chemical energy into kinetic energy and so the cascade continues without “creating” energy. My personal feeling is that our souls are similarly a form of energy that can neither be created nor destroyed, only transferred or transmuted. P.S. The properties of waves and particles lends credence to my soul theory, in my opinion. “I don’t have a soul. I am a soul. I have a body.” - quote erroneously attributed to C.S. Lewis, but was actually Walter Miller, Canticle for Leibowitz (a 1959 science fiction novel) P.S.S. Harper Lee and will Ferrell have at least one woo woo story involving a unicycle. P.S.S.S. Joanne McNally is an Irish comedian who may have some interesting things to say regarding Wakes, wherein the deceased is displayed in the home for several days. Previous comments: Aisling Bea would be amazing as guest. I’m (one of) the people who suggested Jenny Slate and I would like to make you aware that Aisling Bea is pretty woo-woo and hilarious. She points out that after being raised Irish Catholic and then rejecting it she replaced all the ritual and imagery with crystals. Previous comments: When will CF’s mom be on?!? Also, Jenny Slate would make a great guest! Jenny Slate’s house growing up was haunted & I would love to hear the 3 of you chat. Yay for having John Fugelsang on! New review/suggestion: Punkie Johnson is woo woo by default, being from New Orleans, and would be great to have on to discuss all her “random” superstitions (we have A LOT in the South). Additionally, Bridget Marquardt from “The Girls Nextdoor” early 2000’s reality series considers herself a ghost magnet and would make a lovely guest. Holly Madison has also collected stories from the Playboy Mansion and done a series on murders that happened there, I think. I would consider having them on separately or planning on multiple episodes. Warmly, Dr. NB New guest suggestion: Mae Martin has lots of woo woo stories and friends; it might be worth having some of her woo woo friends on as well. Two of her friends lived 926 steps apart at different times and places in their lives. Mae is always full of “Mae Facts”, including woo woo ones involving lunar rituals practiced by elephants.

    Chaotic vibes
I like the premise and the people but it feels hectic- wishing for better stories (tbh) and more *flow*.

    I love this podcast!
Woo Woo is the perfect balance between humor and exploring paranormal topics. I love the dynamic between Rachel, Irene, and their guests. They are phenomenal hosts. I always feel so happy after listening to an episode of Woo Woo!
