It’s like you read my mind!
I really enjoy your podcast and how accessible your topics are. They speak directly to me-a late blooming age grouper. In my last race, IM 70.3 Victoria BC, I had the “biked great, ran not-so-great” experience. My coach explained it to me, but it didn’t resonate until Chris said “if you had a great ride and a bad run, then you had a bad ride”. In this very hilly 3+ hour ride, I averaged 15 watts too high. 🤦‍♀️ And, today I listened to Chris talk about his recent health issues and how he overcame them to have a wonderful experience in Scotland. (Congratulations!) After Victoria, I’ve been dealing with minor health issues and at times convinced myself that I’ve already lost all the fitness I gained. But, I know that’s not true. I'm so grateful for Chris talking, not only about the physical side, but about the mental side of working through health issues. It helps keep my own thoughts in check. I’m a relatively new listener from Colorado and so happy I found your podcast. Keep up the great work, both of you!

Rob and Helen’s conversational presentation makes for easy and entertaining listening. The topics are fresh and informative. Their guests are the movers and shakers in endurance multi-sport. My time is well spent listening. I come away educated and motivated. Very easy to give this my highest endorsement!!

This is an excellent podcast for anyone interested in triathlon. The hosts are very engaging and able to provide valuable information in comprehendible and fun way. I love their banter and the intervivews with Triathlon competitors. I also like the "coaches couch" portion as well. They deserve 6 stars really.

I’m a relatively new multi-sport athlete but long time runner (33 years) and have thoroughly enjoyed listening to Rob and Helen each week. They bring great information, rich interviews, light-hearted and humble dialogue, and a real sense of passion and positivity for affecting lives for the better. Thank you so much. Great stuff!!

    Great discussions
I’m from the U.S. and I have to admit it took some getting used to the way Rob speaks. (He speaks a little soft and a little breathy. I think it is the mike he uses on the podcast. It isn’t as bad in videos.) However you could always tell that he knows what he’s talking about. Hell he convinced me to sign up for his training. Helen is great! Great voice and I love her interviews. The coaches Couch is always informative. You feel like you are just hanging out with some of your buddies from across the pond. I highly recommend this podcast.
