Strickland onGreat for ECE teachers and parents!!I started listening to this podcast over the summer and as an Interventionist, I can’t wait to share this resource with the early grades educators. It is practical, research based, and easy to implement. There is a variety of topics and so much is applicable in a day to day routine. I like the fact that the lengths of the podcasts vary. If you have a short commute, there are a few 9-10 minute episodes, but there are also a few interviews that are longer in length, but incredibly insightful. If you teach early grades, I think listening to this podcast would be beneficial in multiple aspects of your teaching.

you'dneverknowVery informativeThis is a great podcast. It has good research and the host makes it easy to understand as well as usable in my professional life. I’ve shared episodes with coworkers and parents. She looks at weld wide research so it’s relevant here in the US and in Australia (where they are based). If you work on early childhood I’d listen and look at her website with written transcripts.

atariashleySo great and informative!I’m a program coordinator at an early childhood learning center and this is great to listen to when I am stumped on a child, classroom, or teacher. I also love listening while I do work in my office to stay updated and informed on all things early childhood. Love that you give resources and tools in addition to this podcast so I can pass on information to my teachers for those ‘a-ha!’ moments! Thank you!

jimmytwotowelsGreat contentI shared the episode on reading to your kids with my husband and brother in law, it was the perfect length: they both listened to the whole thing. Thank you for sharing all of this info, very helpful to me as a future teacher and mom.

HeidiSongsImportant, Interesting Information! This podcast has so much information on so many important topics related to early childhood research! The discussions are fascinating and easy to understand. I'm grateful to Liz for putting this together, because I would not have the time to sit and read the research and then make sense of it. But I can find the time to listen to a podcast! Liz also is careful to make it real explain how the research can be applied in the classroom or home. Thank you!
