    Hope in an Overwhelming Season
    To say that I am grateful to have found this podcast is an understatement. I am in a very difficult season with four kids, homeschool, full-time business with my husband, and very little support in my day-to-day life. Listening to this podcast brought me to tears because I feel seen for the first time in a long time. Kristen really does understand what this season feels like. I feel hope that I can finally find ways to put my health first, despite the many responsibilities I’m juggling… and I’m so grateful for all of the information she provides in this podcast every week. Hearing Kirsten pray over those of us listening provides a real anchor for me as I try to get through every task day by day. This is the message moms need to hear!     I would consider myself a conesur of health and fitness podcasts so when I stumbled across this podcast I knew I’d found a gem. My baby is 3 years old. I’ve never had a hard time staying in shape because it’s always been my focus and passion. However, my last baby did a number on me and to add my age to that… I’d never struggled so much.     Life changing habits and mindset
    Kristen has helped me in more than one way from doing her program to listening to her podcasts. Her program is amazing, it’s easy, manageable, and freeing. After having my second baby I didn’t want to just go on a diet, I wanted to change my habits that would be everlasting. I’m still losing weight 3 months since finishing the program, my toddler is eating more vegetables and my husband is losing weight implementing these habit changes. Kristen cares about all aspects of your life, I had some postpartum stuff going on and she was so encouraging, I got the help I needed and she’s there for you through anything!!
